Hello, my name is Devin Raho. I received my Bachelors Degree in education from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. I am the Head Wrestling coach at North Charleston High. I also am an assistant coach for our football team. My goal is to provide students with learning opportunities they can use throughout the rest of their lives.
